Therapist
Crystal is a doctoral student in Counseling and Supervision at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a play therapist dedicated to supporting the emotional well-being of children and families. Drawing on more than five years of experience as a K–12 school counselor, she provides developmentally responsive, child-centered care that helps children express emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills through play. She has a special interest in strengthening child–caregiver relationships through Child–Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT) and empowering families to foster secure, supportive connections. Crystal is passionate about creating a safe, compassionate therapeutic environment where children and caregivers can heal, grow, and thrive together.
