Ines Lee
Therapist (Coming Soon)
Ines believes that counseling is a collaborative and relational process where healing unfolds through safety, trust, and authenticity. She strives to meet each client with compassion and curiosity, creating a space where they feel seen, valued, and empowered to grow at their own pace.
Ines works with children (ages 3+), adolescents, and adults navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity exploration, third-culturalism, life transitions, and immigration and acculturation-related stress. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. She integrates modalities like EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support clients in making sense of difficult experiences and reconnecting with their inner resilience.
When working with children, Ines uses Child-Centered Play Therapy, which honors a child’s natural way of expressing themselves through play. She collaborates closely with caregivers, believing that healing happens not only in the counseling room but also through safe and supportive relationships at home. She is currently pursuing her Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credential to deepen her work with children and families. Ines is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision to continue growing as a clinician, educator, and advocate. Outside of her work, Ines enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son, and finding moments of joy in the everyday.
