About the event

In this training, mental health professionals will explore practical strategies for engaging and supporting parents to enhance the effectiveness of play therapy. Participants will learn how to foster meaningful parent-therapist collaboration, coach caregivers in therapeutic language and play techniques, and bridge the gap between in-session work and the home environment. By empowering parents as active partners in the healing process, therapists can extend the impact of play therapy and promote lasting emotional growth in children.

**You do not need EMDR training to participate in this event. This is NOT a Basic EMDR Training.**

If you have completed EMDR training, you are eligible to receive EMDRIA credit. To obtain this credit, you must submit your certificate before the training. If you are currently undergoing training, you will need to provide details about your training, such as dates and the training host.
